Refund and Cancellation Policy. 

ARC provides professional and financial-related services rather than ordinary retail merchandise, refund eligibility depends upon the particular service purchased, the extent to which services have already been performed, the governing written agreement, and applicable law.
 

A Client requesting cancellation or a refund must contact ARC at info@apollorosecap.com]. Any refund that is legally required or contractually authorized will be returned, where practicable, to the original form of payment. Fees attributable to services already fully performed, earned, or otherwise nonrefundable pursuant to the applicable written agreement and applicable law will not be refunded except where required by law.

Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation, rescission, refund, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived. Where a Client's individual service agreement provides more specific cancellation or refund rights, the applicable agreement and governing law shall control.
 

Delivery and Performance Policy.

ARC primarily provides services and electronically delivered documentation rather than physical merchandise. Upon completion of the applicable enrollment, payment, documentation, and contractual requirements, clients may receive services, correspondence, reports, financing-related communications, account information, or access credentials electronically through email, a secure client portal, or other approved electronic means.
 

The timing for commencement and completion of services depends upon the specific service selected, completeness of client-provided information, third-party response times, underwriting requirements where financing is involved, and the applicable written agreement. Any estimated processing, funding, approval, or completion period is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in a signed written agreement.
 

Privacy and Consumer Data. 

ARC respects the confidentiality and privacy of information provided by its clients. Personal, financial, business, identity, application, and transaction information will be collected, maintained, used, disclosed, and protected in accordance with ARC's applicable Privacy Policy, contractual obligations, and applicable federal and state law. Information may be disclosed to service providers, financial institutions, lenders, credit-related service providers, payment processors, professional advisers, governmental authorities, or other third parties when reasonably necessary to provide requested services, process transactions, satisfy contractual obligations, comply with law, prevent fraud, or protect ARC's legitimate business interests.

Payment Card Security.

Legal Restrictions.

ARC's products and services are offered only where legally permissible and are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, licensing requirements, eligibility requirements, underwriting requirements, and contractual restrictions.

Certain financing or financial services may not be available in every jurisdiction. ARC reserves the right to decline, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any product or service where offering or providing that product or service would violate applicable law, regulatory requirements, contractual limitations, or the requirements of a participating financial institution or lender.

Real Estate and Financing Disclaimer.

Where ARC assists clients in locating or obtaining financing, ARC may act as a broker, intermediary, or financing facilitator rather than the ultimate lender, depending upon the transaction. Applications are subject to eligibility requirements, underwriting, verification, lender approval, availability, and applicable law. No statement contained on this website constitutes a guarantee of financing, approval, interest rate, loan amount, closing date, credit improvement, or other financial result. Export Restrictions.

Use of ARC's website, submission of an application or inquiry, purchase of services, and participation in any financing or other program may additionally be governed by ARC's Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, applicable service agreement, financing documentation, invoice, disclosures, and other written documentation provided in connection with the applicable transaction. In the event of a conflict between general website information and a duly executed written agreement governing a particular service or transaction, the executed agreement shall control to the extent permitted by applicable law.
